This Mexican seasoning recipe (similar to taco seasoning) is a blend of spices that is easy to make and add to your favorite dishes. Mexican seasoning adds a burst of flavor and can be made in one simple step.
What is Mexican Seasoning?
Mexican seasoning is similar to taco seasoning, but it has some spice to it. This delicious blend of spices can be catered to all kinds of taste preferences. If you want a really flavorful Mexican seasoning, you can use whole cumin seeds instead of powder! To do so, toast the cumin seeds in a pan over low seasoning until it becomes fragrant. Then, use a spice grinder to grind the cumin down. For a spicier blend, add more chili powder. For no spice at all, remove the chili powder completely.
