Is lavender safe to eat?
A question you might be wondering...
"Is it safe to eat lavender?"
Yes! Research suggests that it can actually help calm and reduce anxiety, in addition to helping with depression. Making this a great breakfast or afternoon treat, especially on a hot, swampy day when you're feeling BLEGH.
I buy my lavender from Mountain Rose Herbs, which is where I buy all of my herbs.
