Copycat Swig Sugar Cookie Recipe. This is by far my most pinned recipe. If you've ever tasted a Swig sugar cookie, you know what I'm talking about. Also, I did a taste test on my Snapchat, and it was ultimately decided that THIS recipe won by a landslide. Go forth and get swiggy wit' it, friends.
Gluten-Free Nutella and Peanut Butter Cookies. Once upon a time, an endocrinologist diagnosed with me with Celiac Disease. My antibodies in the blood test were extremely high, so I started a gluten-free diet for a year. I felt great until I became pregnant with my second son, at which point I couldn't eat anything beside toast and crackers. I ate gluten for the remainder of the pregnancy and postpartum stage. When I went back in for my blood panel, my antibodies results were nonexistent, at which point I began eating gluten again. Weird, right? I should just get the biopsy of the small intestine. However, the moral of this story is I learned to make some extremely delicious gluten-free food, especially desserts, and these cookies are definitely ones to go peanuts for.
Mom's Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies. Oh, mom. She is a wizard in the baking department when it comes to her specialties. You oat to know I'd wager my life that these chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are her finest achievement. Chewy, sweet, and reminiscent of a warm, cozy home. Make them and love them!
Best Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. I realize this is a fall and winter cookie flavor, but oh my gourd! These are INCREDIBLE. I adapted them from my harvest bread recipe, and nearly cried tears of sweet beauty and joy the first time I bit into their spiced, oozy chocolate center. Pin it for later, or make them if you're feeling particularly nostalgic for a PSL.
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies. Last, but not least! These are actually my husband's specialty, and I've had multiple people report to me how easy and delicious they are out of all the cookie recipes I've posted. Bite-sized and a classic flavor combo, you butter make these bad boys!
