    Benefits Of Fresh Pineapple Juice

Once you make your own pineapple juice, you’ll never go back to store-bought. Aside from tasting amazing, pineapple juice is packed with vitamin C, B6, iron, potassium, and magnesium. It can also improve digestion, and immunity, and help with inflammation.

Another huge benefit of making juice is avoiding all of the added sugars and preservatives bottled or canned juice often has.

    Optional Add-ins

Other flavors such as cherries, oranges, limes, or lemon juice can be added to the blender to create flavored pineapple juice. You can use coconut water in place of water if you’d prefer.
