Homemade Chickpea Flour

- 1 lb dried chickpeas/garbanzo beans

Step 1: Add the dried chickpeas into a food processor and turn the speed to high. Grind the chickpeas until they break down and form a flour.

Step 2: Pass the chickpea flour through a sieve, catching all of the large chickpea pieces. Add the larger chickpea pieces back into the food processor and process again until the entire batch of chickpeas has formed a flour and can easily pass through the sieve. You can repeat this process as necessary.

Step 3: Use in your desired recipe!
