Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 8 cups matchstick carrots (2, 10 oz packages)

Instructions

  • Add the carrots and water to a food processor. Process on high until the carrots are blended into a smooth texture.
  • Pour the carrot pulp into a colander lined with a cheesecloth. Let the juice naturally pass through the cheesecloth, then gather the corners and squeeze the remaining juice from the carrot pulp.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add more water if you want the carrot combination in your food processor to get a juicer consistency. Keep in mind that the more water you add, the more watered down your juice will be so try to add as little as possible.
  • Discard the carrot pulp or save it for carrot cake!
