Quick Gluten Free Gyoza Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce (If you are not gluten free, you can use regular soy sauce.) ½ tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 teaspoon sesame oil ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk.
Add the granulated sugar and grated ginger, and mix to combine. Serve with dumplings and enjoy!
