In a medium bowl, mix together the baking mix, eggs, butter, and water. Mix with a spoon or spatula until batter is fully incorporated. (It will be thick.)
Pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Do not overbake, as it will dry out the brownies!
While the brownies are baking, prepare the whipped cream. Pour the heavy cream in a small mixing bowl. With a mixer, whip the cream on high speed for 3 minutes, until stiff peaks form. Add in vanilla and agave until well mixed. Cover and set aside in refrigerator to chill.
Cut up fruit. When brownies have cooled and chilled, cut them into one inch squares. Assemble the kabobs, starting with a two pieces of fruit, and then a brownie square. Repeat this pattern until skewer is filled to the top. Drizzle completed brownie fruit kabobs with chocolate, and serve immediately with whipped cream. Enjoy!
