Divide each ball into thirds. Mold each piece into the well of a mini cheesecake tin until flat and even.
Mix together cream cheese, maple syrup, and lemon juice with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons in each tin. Chill in freezer for 2 hours.
Remove mini cheesecakes from freezer. Let sit about 5 minutes to thaw to release from tin. Add fresh strawberries and blueberries to each cheesecake and serve immediately. Enjoy!
