One Pot Homemade Chicken Noodle Alphabet Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 extra large chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken cubed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 1 ½ cups alphabet pasta noodles

Instructions

  • In a large pot, pour the chicken broth, bouillon, salt, and pepper. Mix until the bouillon cube dissolves and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add in the celery, carrots, onions, and chicken. Cover and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes.
  • Stir in cream of chicken and mix until lumps are gone. Add in the alphabet noodles, cover, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until noodles soften.
  • Serve with favorite rolls or crackers while warm. Enjoy!
