Ginger Shots Recipe

- ½ cup ginger root, cut into small pieces (peel on) - 3 lemons, juiced - 1 orange, peeled - ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon Honey - ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne - ½ cup water (optional)

Step 1: Wash the ginger thoroughly. Leave the peel on and slice it into thin pieces.

Step 2: Add all of the ingredients except for the water into a food processor and blend on high until the mixture is pureed and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add the water and puree again.

Step 3: Line a colander with a cheesecloth and position it over a bowl. Pour the ginger puree into the cheesecloth and drain out the liquid.

Step 5: Pour the strained liquid into 4 different shot glasses. Reserve or enjoy immediately!
