Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 ⅕ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the seasonings. Mix to combine. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want a really flavorful Mexican Seasoning, you can use whole cumin seeds instead! To do so, toast the cumin seeds in a pan over low seasoning until it becomes fragrant. Then, use a spice grinder to grind the cumin down. Prepare the seasoning as normal.
  • For a spicier blend, add more chili powder. For no spice at all, remove the chili powder completely.
