- 2 cups mini heirloom tomatoes
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves chopped
- ½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- Gluten free Crunchmaster crackers
Cut tomatoes into small, diced chunks. Add to bowl. Mix in garlic, olive oil, vinegar, basil, and sea salt.
