  • 2 cups mini heirloom tomatoes
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • Gluten free Crunchmaster crackers


  • Cut tomatoes into small, diced chunks. Add to bowl. Mix in garlic, olive oil, vinegar, basil, and sea salt.
