Thoroughly mix the the Nutella and eggs with a whisk in a medium bowl. Add in the almond meal and xantham gum, and mix well.
Grease a 12-count muffin tin. Fill each cup three-quarters full. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, or until the tops start to slightly crack. Pour yourself a big glass of milk and enjoy that chocolatey, hazelnut goodness!
