No-Bake Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Energy Bites
Make these no-bake pumpkin chocolate chip energy bites for a seasonal snack on the go, or for a healthy seasonal dessert!
Servings 12 energy bites
Pour all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse multiple times until ingredients are thoroughly mixed together. Scrape down sides with a spatula as needed and mix. Pour dough into a bowl, and mix in chocolate chips.
Form into round 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in an airtight container and freeze or refrigerate. Serve chilled and keep them on hand for a tasty snack or dessert. Enjoy!
