4 Healthy Grab-and-Go Snack Jars

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ cup hummus
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes
  • Handful snapea crisps
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ cup pretzels
  • Pint mason jars with lids

Instructions

  • Prepare first jar of bell peppers and hummus. Slice peppers into ¼-inch strips. Use a spoon to layer in hummus, then top with slices of bell peppers. Seal and store in refrigerator.
  • Prepare jar of guacamole and black bean crisps. Layer in guacamole first, add in tomatoes for the middle layer, then top with Harvest Snaps black bean habanero crisps. Seal and store in refrigerator. (You want to eat this snack within 24 hours so the crisps don't get soggy.)
  • Prepare parfait jar. Slice strawberries. Layer in yogurt, granola, strawberries, and blueberries. Seal and store in refrigerator.
  • Prepare peanut butter and celery jar. Cut celery stalks into 3-inch slices. Layer peanut butter at the bottom, add in celery stick, and top with pretzels. Seal and store in refrigerator. (You also want to eat this snack within 24-48 hours so the pretzels don't get soggy.)
  • Grab your snacks as needed, whether you're on the go or need an afternoon bite to eat. Enjoy!

Notes

Grab a spoon and plate just in case you want to transfer the contents of the jars for easier access and eating.
