- 2 cups dried figs
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup oats
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
In a blender or food processor, blend together figs, coconut oil, and vanilla. Scrape down sides of the blender or food processor as needed.
Add in the almond butter, oats, and chocolate chips. Blend until everything is well-incorporated and the mixture pulls together.
Form into 1-inch balls. Place in a sealed container and chill in refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes until firm. Keep up to one week. Enjoy!
